There are many ways to buy the items we sell:

1) Pick up your order. Click here for directions to our warehouse/showroom. We also request that you please call before pick up to ensure the item you want is in stock. Visit our warehouse/showroom at:

2) Order online. We utilize the latest technology from Verisign to ensure a safe and secure transaction. Just browse through our site and add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. Our easy shopping cart system will guide you through the entire purchase. And unlike most other websites, our online system will calculate and display discounted shipping fees for domestic or international orders before you enter your personal information. In this way you know exactly what you will pay before you proceed with the order. At checkout, you can choose from: Credit card, PayPal or check by mail.

3) Order by phone. We accept phone orders Monday-Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Call toll free within the USA 1-877-220-8658. Outside the USA please call 1- 847-455-1974. 

4) Fax your order. You also have the option to fax your order to us. Print this order form and fax it to (847) 455-2002.

5) Order by e-mail. Send an e-mail with your information.

6) Pay at the time of delivery. This option is not available for all items. Please call or e-mail for information.

7) Wire funds to us. Call or e-mail for our bank information.

Please note: 

  • Minimum domestic order is $10 plus shipping, minimum international order is $30 plus shipping. Orders less than this amount are subject to a $5 minimum order fee.

  • All orders placed before 3pm CST usually go out the same day. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MC, Discover, American Express and we now accept PAY PAL.

  • International orders are subject to duties and taxes which have to be paid by the receiver at the time of delivery.

  • We take all precautions to safe guard your purchase. Please do not be offended if we ask for an ID or verify an address. To keep prices down we have to keep our costs down. Credit Card fraud is a leading problem that most companies experience when trying to keep their costs down. We are striving hard to keep prices at the bare minimum for you.

 
Shipping Methods and Charges:
Our shipping prices are very reasonable especially considering the extra effort we make to ensure safe delivery of your order. We double box all orders and use the safest packing materials. Our shipping prices include full insurance for lost or damaged goods. We also offer special shipping prices for high quantity purchases. And unlike most other websites, our online system will calculate and display discounted shipping fees for domestic or international orders before you enter your personal information. In this way you know exactly what you will pay before you proceed with the order.

Transit time before delivery to you is:

  • 5-9 working days for Ground shipments
  • 3 working Days for FEDEX Saver
  • 2 working Days for FEDEX 2nd Day Air
  • 1 working Day for FEDEX Next Day Air
  • 2-5 working Days for FEDEX International
    (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not working days)

You may choose the shipping method you prefer when you order online or when you call. 
Minimum shipping fee is $6.50.

Note on our DVD player modifications:
We totally stand behind our DVD modifications. We guarantee that your code free player will play any region DVD from any country in the World for the life of the player. If new technology comes out that will prohibit playback of any DVD movie we will fix your player for free! This warranty only applies for playback of original DVD movies. Bootlegged, copied or defective DVD movies are not applicable. All other types of defects (like defective trays, malfunctioning power supplies, etc...,) in the player would still be covered under our normal player warranty which is 30 day exchange, 90 days parts and 1 year labor.
Note on our pricing and our price matching policy:
We match and will even try to beat any legitimate price from any legitimate reseller that has the same item in stock. Just call us at 847-455-1974 or send us an e-mail with your request. We know that there are many companies on the internet that compete against us. Most of which work out of their homes. That is why you don't see pictures of their store nor their address on their website. We do both to give our customers peace of mind. Plus we have accreditations like a Better Business Bureau reliability seal and are a Dun and Bradstreet listed corporation. We are not a "Fly by night retailers" so we hope you compare us to legitimate companies. Most important, some companies try to make up for a low price by charging a very high price for shipping. Our prices are very reasonable and so are our shipping fees. We will do our best to earn your business. One last note, we do not price match after the order has been placed.

Prices for our products change almost every time we receive a new shipment. The prices shown on our website are the current selling prices for the product. The price of an item might change between the time that you inquire about an item and the time that you actually place the order. In this case the current selling price will be honored. Once an order is placed we hold the item for you until it ships out. In case you want to cancel the order there will be a 10% cancellation fee.


Terms and Conditions/ Return Policy:

  • Minimum domestic order is $10 plus shipping, minimum international order is $30 plus shipping.

  • Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

  • All products we sell, except Camcorders, TVs and GSM Cell phones, come with a limited one-year warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired without repair fees.
  • After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
  • Non-defective items that are returnable are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee or the current selling price, whichever is lower.
  • Except for Camcorders, TVs and Cell phones we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.
  • Multi-System TVs have a 90 day labor and 1 year parts warranty. Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered under warranty.
  • Any item that is pre-approved for return must be sent back in MINT new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box, manual or unit. Delicate items such as TVs and large transformers must be shipped by special freight. Contact us before shipping for advice and recommendations.
  • Cell phones, Camcorders are only exchangeable for same model within 14 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 14 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.
  • Keep the boxes! Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.
  • All items we sell are for normal home use. Using items for other purposes will void the warranty.
  • Altering the product physically will also void the warranty.
  • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
  • Deliveries are during working hours Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be available at an extra cost.
  • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages such as TVs and other special freight deliveries
  • Smaller packages deliver to your door
  • UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes unless you pay extra.
  • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from shipping companies.
  • Buyer is totally responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. Normally the duties and taxes are charged directly to customer's credit card.
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
  • Damage to any item must be reported to the delivery company at the time of delivery.
  • Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
